Available in Classic, Event, and Oblong sizes, our Escort Cards ensure a smooth flow and enhance your table setting. Complete the look with Mr. P's Custom Table Numbers, adding a touch of refinement to your event's ambiance.

Depending on your theme, your Escort Cards may look differently from what you see here. Escort Cards may be placed flat on a table or placed upright on a holder.

As an alternative, you can use our Custom Seating Chart, which essentially does a similar job. Completely your preference!

Choose Blank or Digital Calligraphy:

Your escort cards can arrive blank for your own personal touch. Or, simplify your preparations with The Punctilious Mr. P's Digital Calligraphy service. Your event cards will arrive with guest names beautifully printed and table-ready. We offer a variety of elegant fonts making it one less task on your list, leaving you more time to focus on other details of your event. However, we do recommend an easily legible font like Finch or Hudson.

      Mr. P's simple place card holders in silver, black lacquer and gold finishes
        • Available in three sizes:

        Classic Size: 16 place cards/ name cards | 3.4" x 2.1" or 86mm x 54mm (standard credit card)

        Event Size: 8 place cards/ name cards | 3.25" x 4.5" or 82.5mm x 114mm

        Oblong Size: 16 place cards/ name cards | 2" x 4-3/4" or 51mm x 121mm

        • Blank Cards are defined as Escort Cards that do not require our Digital Calligraphy. These cards will still have the theme and "TABLE ______" for you to write in by hand.
        • Printed on sheet-fed cold-press (textured) cotton rag watercolor paper with archival Japanese inks.
        • Made-by-hand in our workshop in Old Chatham, New York
        • ALL cards printed custom & bespoke to order. NO RETURNS unless in error by us.
        • Please email us your guest names.
        • Customize your escort cards with your guest's names. We recommend both first and last name. With numerous fonts to choose from, you can have your cards arrive perfectly calligraphed with your guest's names printed on the backs. That's one less thing for you to do.
        • Choose your style of calligraphy above, then add up to 16 guest's names for classic size and Obling, or 8 guest's names for Event size.
        • We even include a blank card called "Try your hand" to test your writing instrument if you want to write your names yourself or send them out to your calligrapher.
        • We aim to ship your order from our workshop in Old Chatham, New York in 10 days. Please order early enough to receive your items for your event.
        • Once your order ships, timely delivery is now the responsibility of the shipper.
        • You also control the speed (and cost) of shipping when you choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. If you need something overnight, please don't choose Ground. You can learn more about our shipping tips and shipping policy.
